3. Prices and Payments


3.1 All prices shown in our store include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated) and are expressed in euros (€).

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location but generally ranges between 7 and 14 business days.

4.2 EMMA & GRACE is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes, or events beyond our control.

4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

 

 

 

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns


5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing any justification.

5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by email at info@emmaandgrace.com, providing:

 

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Photos of the product (in case of defect)

 


5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).


5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean, and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of products that are used, damaged, or without a valid reason.

 

 

 

6. Legal Warranty

 

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established by applicable law.

6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or, in some cases, a refund, provided that the defect was not caused by improper use.
