Shipping Information


We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed during weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, while orders placed late on Friday or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

 

If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

 

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

  • Delivery refused or rejected by the recipient

  • Failure to respond to the carrier’s delivery attempts when a redelivery option is offered

 

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


Note:

In some cases, carriers may offer a return or redelivery option. If the reshipment is refused or not completed within the timeframe set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout and responding promptly to any delivery-related issues.
